When I feel worried
I have anxiety, which means I can sometimes feel worried or overwhelmed. I use calm strategies, breathing and my friends to help me feel safe and confident.
What I want you to know
You can take your time, ask for help and be yourself.
Sammy comes in different versions for different ages and stages, from early years through to young adulthood. Each one is designed to feel familiar, age-appropriate and welcoming. Different ages. Different experiences. One Harbour.
